ECOSUMMER INFO
Research training will be provided in one or more research area related to the overall theme of an ECOsystem approach to SUstainable Management of the Marine Environment and its living Resources. Within this theme, there are strong within- and cross-disciplinary research links both within and between the partner institutions. The training programme will provide a structure within which trainees can advance their research and obtain help, advice and mutual support. It will provide links with other scholars and develop European and international collaborative research links. Training programmes will be tailored to the needs of individual trainees, and will include generic components and subject-specific skills. Both multi-partner (with training split between two or more partner laboratories) and interdisciplinary training projects will be actively encouraged.
